Estonia is a Schengen country and a member of the European Union, citizens of
the United Kingdom do not require a visa to enter Estonia.
However, foreign
nationals residing in the United Kingdom need a visa to visit Estonia. Depending
on the purpose of the visit, authorities in Estonia used to issue various types
of visa to foreign nationals, and some of them are mentioned below.
Estonia tourist visa
If you are planning to visit Estonia for tourism-related activities, you can apply for an Estonia tourist visa.
Foreign nationals should understand that these visas can be used for only tourism purposes, and using these travel documents, travelers are not supposed to engage in any kind of other works in Estonia. In order to get an Estonia tourist visa, a foreign national should submit the below-mentioned documents.

- The proof of confirmed hotel reservation booking should be submitted. The hotel room booking confirmation should detail the name and address of the hotel, along with the name of the traveler who is going to stay there.
- As a proof of financial stability, the foreign national should submit last three months’ bank statement. Please note that the bank statement should show a minimum balance of £600. It should be also noted that the bank statement should be stamped by the issuing bank.
- The applicant should submit the proof of travel insurance that covers the trip through the entire Schengen area. The travel insurance should provide a minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical emergency and repatriation.

Note: Estonian authorities provide both single entry and multiple entry tourist visas for foreign nationals. Single entry visas are valid for three months, and the maximum duration of stay allowed per entry is 90 days. On the other hand, multiple entry visas offer a validity of one year, and travelers can stay inside Estonia for a maximum period of 90 days per entry.

The Tips to take care while traveling with minors to Estonia
