Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: A passport sized photograph with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.
3. Visa application form:
All applicants are required to fill the visa application forms online on the embassy system. However a small mistake can lead to you visa being rejected. Hence, complete our online questionnaire from section D below and we will email you a completed embassy visa application form, ready for you to sign. 4. Invitation letter:
An invitation letter from the host company in Brazil should be submitted. The letter should explain the purpose of the trip, planned travel dates, and should also guarantee sufficient funds.
5. Travel proofs:
Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted.
6. Financial proof:
Copy of recent bank statement that shows sufficient funds should be produced.
7. Accommodation details:
Details of confirmed hotel room reservation should be provided. The reservation proof should carry details that include name of the applicant and the duration of stay.
8. Police certificate:
An original police certificate issued within the last six months should be submitted.
9. CNPJ:
Printed receipt of the Brazilian company’s CNPJ should be submitted.
10. Signature of applicant:
Applicant should submit the digital copy of signature in JPG format.
Note: The Brazilian sponsoring company should initiate the process of obtaining a temporary work visa to a foreign national. The company should submit all documents to the Brazilian Ministry of Labor and Employment, and in usual cases, it may take almost eight weeks.
