• It is a must to submit the copy of International Certificate for Yellow Fever Vaccination.
• The applicant should submit the copy of health insurance that covers International travel.
• The traveler should also submit last three months’ bank statement. Please note that these statements are stamped by the issuing bank. These bank statements should show that the traveler has sufficient funds to support himself or herself during the trip to Central African Republic.
