Email Application Checklist
The following documents are required to process a China Visa. For pre verification and biometric appointment booking, email us copies of below documents in advance.
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
A recent passport sized photograph with a light background. The applicants must maintain neutral facial expression, hair tied back and no visible jewellery.
3. Visa Application Form
All applicants are required by the Chinese embassy to complete online forms. However, a small mistake can lead to your visa being rejected. Hence, complete our simplified online questionnaire and we will email you a completed China visa application form, ready for you to sign.
4. Invitation letter from China
Original invitation letter issued by the employer in China OR by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China. If the Invitation letter is issued by the Chinese employer, then it must be issued on a headed paper, addressed to The Chinese Embassy in UK, dated within 30 days and signed and stamped in both Chinese and English by the inviter. The letter must specify applicants full name as set out in the passport, passport number, date of birth, gender along with travel dates and a statement confirming the details of work and who will bear expenses for the trip.
5. Work Permit
Original work permit issued by the Ministry of Labour or The State Bureau if Foreign Experts of China. This permit is issued in both English and Chinese.
6. Copy of previous Chinese Visa (if applicable)
If the previous Chinese visa is in old passport than copy of the old passport is also required.
