Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: A passport sized photograph with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.

4. UK Company Letter:
A letter from your UK employer should be submitted. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead, and it should cover details like purpose and nature of the trip. This letter from the UK company should assure that the traveler will return to work after completing the Libya trip. This employment letter should be addressed to the High Commission of Libya. If the traveler is self-employed, proof of business license or tax return can be submitted. If retired, proof of retirement funds can be submitted.
5. Approval proof:
It is necessary to submit the copy of a visa reference number from a tour agent based in Libya.
Note: The applicant should make sure that his or her passport does not contain any evidence of previous travel to Israel.
