Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: A passport sized photograph with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.

A letter from your UK employer should be submitted. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead, and it should cover details like purpose and nature of the trip. This letter should not be older than one month, and it should be addressed to the Consulate of Papua New Guinea.
5. Invitation letter:
An invitation letter from the host company in Cameroon should be submitted. The letter should explain the purpose of the trip, planned travel dates, and should also guarantee sufficient funds. This letter that should be addressed to the Consulate of Papua New Guinea, Visa Section. This letter should specify the type and desired validity of the visa.
6. Applicant’s professional certificate:
Professional certificates of the applicant along with his or her CV should be submitted.
7. Travel proofs:
Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted.
8. Livelihood proof:
Last six months bank statement of the applicant should be submitted.
