Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: 1 passport-sized photograph with a white background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.

4. Criminal Record Certificate:
A Spanish-translated and apostilled Criminal Record that has been approved and issued by an authentic, competent body.
5. Status Proof:
A Spanish-translated and apostilled recent, residence permit.
6. Identity Proof:
One copy of the ID proof of the applicant.
7. Employment Documentation:
One copy of the employment contract that is approved and authorized by a competent body.
8. Competence Proof:
Relevant documents which indicate that the applicant possesses the required trading professional competence as per the purpose specified on the visa application form.
9. Health Certificate:
A recent medical certificate, issued by an authentic institute.
10. Academic Accreditations:
Documents that hold evidence of the applicant’s academic qualifications.
11. Authorization Letter:
An authorization letter issued by the Ministry of the Interior, Justice, and Peace, that has the previous approval of the Ministry of Work in Venezuela. The company, institution or citizen which has contracted the services of foreigners has to request the authorization from the above-mentioned organizations.
12. Work Permit:
A copy of Foreign Workers Work Permit that is certified and is issued by the Ministry of the People's Power for Labor and Social Security.
