Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of three months validity and two blank pages.
2.Photograph:
A passport sized photograph with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.
3. Visa Application Form:
All applicants are required to fill the visa application forms online on the embassy system. However a small mistake can lead to you visa being rejected. Hence, complete our online questionnaire from section D below and we will email you a completed embassy visa application form, ready for you to sign. 4. UK Company Letter:
An original letter from the applicant’s UK employer should be submitted. The UK company letter should be written on the official letterhead, and it should detail the employment status and the position held by the applicant in the company. The letter should also provide details about the nature and purpose of the visit that includes the names of the companies that will be visited by the foreign national during the Azerbaijan trip. The business letter should also mention the name of a company or a person in Azerbaijan who will take financial responsibility of the trip.
5. Invitation Letter:
If the UK citizen wants to enter Azerbaijan multiple times, he or she should submit an invitation letter issued by the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.
6. Business invitation letter:
An invitation letter from the Azerbaijan host company, addressed to the Embassy of Azerbaijan should be submitted. It should be signed by a senior manager, equivalent to Vice-President or above. The letter should detail the employment status of the applicant, and his or her designation in the UK company. The business invitation letter should also reveal details about the nature of the trip, along with the names and addresses of the companies the traveler will be visiting during the trip.
Note: If staying more than ten days, the foreign national should register their passports with the local passport-registration authorities.
