Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: A passport sized photograph with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.
3. Visa application form:
All applicants are required to fill the visa application forms online on the embassy system. However a small mistake can lead to you visa being rejected. Hence, complete our online questionnaire from section D below and we will email you a completed embassy visa application form, ready for you to sign. 4. Employment contract:
An employment contract issued by the employer in Chile should be submitted. The job contract should be signed by the employer, should be also legalized by a public notary in Chile. It should be also legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
5. Police certificate:
An original police certificate issued within the last six months should be submitted.
6. Applicant’s personal letter:
The applicant should submit a personal letter addressed to the Consulate of Chile, and it should detail the purpose of the trip, dates of travel, and place of accommodation.
7. Medical certificate:
The applicant should submit a medical certificate that states that he or she is not suffering from any infectious diseases.
8. Livelihood proof:
The applicant should submit proof of sufficient funds to support himself or herself during the stay in Chile.
