Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph:
2 passport sized photographs with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.
3. Visa Application Form:
All applicants are required to fill the business visa application forms online on the embassy system. However a small mistake can lead to you visa being rejected. Hence, complete our online questionnaire from section D below and we will email you a completed embassy visa application form, ready for you to sign. 4. Yellow Fever Vaccination:
A copy of International Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate is a mandatory requirement for a business visa to Ghana.
5. Travel proofs:
Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted.
6. Proof of Sufficient Funds:
A copy of recent bank statement, specifying the availability of sufficient funds.
7. Accommodation proofs:
Evidence of accommodation bookings in Ghana such as hotel reservations, specifying the name of the applicant, name and address of the hotel, and the duration of stay.
8. Invitation letter:
The invitation letter should be issued by the host company in Ghana and it should be addressed to the embassy of Ghana. It should be printed on a company letterhead paper and should contain the signature (in original) of a senior manager. It must give a brief introduction of the applicant, should specify the types of business activities to be carried out by the individual in Ghana, should detail the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Ghana, and mention the visa type and validity.
9. UK Company Letter:
The applicant should submit a letter from his or her UK company. The letter should be written in the company’s official letterhead. It should cover all important details about the applicant that includes his or her employment status and position held in the company. The letter should also describe the details of the trip that includes the name and addresses of the companies that will be visited by the foreign national. The UK Company Letter should also specify the type (single entry or multiple entry) of the visa and the validity needed. The letter should also guarantee sufficient funds to support the needs of the foreign national during the Ghana trip.
