Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph:
2 passport sized photographs with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.
3. Visa Application Form:
All applicants are required to fill the Ghana tourist visa application forms online on the embassy system. However a small mistake can lead to you visa being rejected. Hence, complete our online questionnaire from section D below and we will email you a completed embassy visa application form, ready for you to sign. 4. Yellow Fever Vaccination:
A copy of your International Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate.
5. Travel proofs:
Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted.
6. Proof of Sufficient Funds:
A copy of recent bank statement, specifying the availability of sufficient funds.
7. Accommodation proofs:
Evidence of accommodation bookings in Ghana such as hotel reservations, specifying the name of the applicant, name and address of the hotel, and the duration of stay.
