Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: Two passport sized photographs with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.

4. UK Company Letter:
A letter from your UK employer should be submitted. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead, and it should cover details like purpose and nature of the trip. This letter from the UK company should be addressed to the High Commission of Mozambique. If the traveler is self-employed, he or she should submit business license or tax return. Retired travelers can submit proof of retirement funds.
5. Invitation letter:
An invitation letter from the host company in Mozambique should be submitted. The letter should explain the purpose of the trip, planned travel dates, and should also guarantee sufficient funds. This letter should be addressed to the Embassy of Mozambique, and it should specify the type and desired validity of the visa.
6. Residence status proof:
ILR card, passport or proof of residence status in the United Kingdom should be submitted.
7. Travel proofs:
Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted.
8. Livelihood proof:
Last three months bank statement of the applicant should be submitted.
9. Accommodation details:
Details of confirmed hotel room reservation should be provided. The reservation proof should carry details that include name of the applicant and the duration of stay. Please note that this room booking confirmation should be stamped by the hotel.
